The Parent Teacher Organization has been reformatted to separate Booster Organizations for each grade and each "Art" Department.  Every grade has a Parent Booster.  You are automatically a member of the Grade Level Booster for your child's grade.  The Grade Level Boosters are NOT fundraising organizations.  They are to be a connection between the teachers and parents for volunteer support and needed supplies.  The Teachers will communicate their needs to the grade Lead Teacher who will send those requests to the Booster Chairperson for that grade.  The Booster Chairperson will forward those requests to the parents for that grade.  Our plan is to have those emails go out to the parents mid-month for the next month.  We need a parent volunteer for Booster Chairperson for every grade.  Please contact Pam Martin, PMartinPA@msn.com, if you are interested.

 

    The Boosters for the "Art" Departments are fundraising boosters.  There are five (5) "Art" departments:  Music, Theatre, Dance, Art and Art Technology.  We will be conducting a schoolwide catalog fundraiser in November and each "art" department can sponsor a fundraiser with the approval from the Administration.  Anyone interested in acting as a parent liason between the Department and parents who have students in that department can contact Pam Martin, Booster President at mailto:PMartinPA@msn.com.
